Core Power

This weekend my team and I ran the Washington DC Spartan race in Maryland. There were two things that kept me from falling in the mud, my Reebok OCR shoes and a strong core. One less fall in the mud meant one less injury and one less scratch.

Here is a picture of the shoes and a link to my favorite core exercise. If you do any trail running or racing, you can get the shoes at http://www.reebok.com/madfitness and if you want to be a better athlete or prevent yourself from falling, watch this video and do the option most suitable for you. There are 3 options. Option 3 is definitely the hardest and try not to let your feet touch the floor.
