Get Your Friends Involved

I spent the weekend doing a minimum of 3.5 hours of workouts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. My workouts consisted of a 3 hour run, intense hot yoga classes, circuit strength workouts, Pure Barre, and more. I challenged my body to work harder, sweat more, and go outside the comfort zone. I’d like to think I make all my workouts this challenging but my real secret is having friends who work out too! The next time you feel like being lazy, call up a fitness friend and meet them for a fitness date!
You can lay on the couch or get moving and the end result is that you and your friends will feel amazing!
