Core Exercise to Finish 2013 Like a Celebrity

Whether you are partying like a rockstar or chilling at home tonight, I wanted to leave you with my favorite core exercise that you can do in as little as 2 minutes. It will make your abs tight and your shoulders defined. Grab a set of 3 pound weights or if you don’t have hand weights, grab two can goods, watch the video and do 40 repetitions. Play some fun music and punch it out!
