Whether you like to run, bike, swim, do yoga, dance, or strength train, there is something for everyone. Don’t worry about what others will think. Whether you join a group, sign up at a new gym, or watch exercise dvds, don’t wait until 2014. Get started now because YOU ARE WORTH IT! There are a million of excuses, but you only have one life. Get off your computer, phone, or ipad, and do something. Even Santa works out during the holidays!
