Mad Protein Breakfast Shake

I am a big fan of protein because it helps fill you up, maintain lean muscle mass, and keeps you energized!  Today I am going to share with you my favorite MAD PROTEIN BREAKFAST SHAKE and I’d love you to try it and give me your comments.

Instead of adding a million ingredients, I like to keep it simple.  A friend of  mine also recommended putting all the ingredients in a baggie for those days when you are in a rush.

What you’ll need:

Blender

Ice

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

8 blueberries

1 Chobani Lemon Fat-free Greek yogurt

1 Splenda

1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed

Put all the ingredients in a blender and in one minute you will have a mad breakfast for champions.
