I am loving your blog!  I came across these little books in the last six months and love them!  They give you the ability to track your workout and your food intake in the same location.  My favorite part though is that they have a page at the end of the week where you get to assess what was good about the week, what wasn’t and what you plan to do for the following week.   Check it out!
