Thanksgiving is a holiday where we get together with family and spend most of the day surrounded by food. Most people view food as the enemy because too much of it will cause us to gain bulges like saddlebags, beer guts, love handles or the pooch. However, I view food as fuel. Food and water keep our body strong and performing well. It is like fueling your car with gas. Without fuel your car will not run. And with any luxury vehicle, you have to put premium fuel to get the best output. So think of your body as a luxury car and the food as your fuel. Eat healthy foods and when you do crave the cake or any other junk foods, eat them in moderation.
